Allow me to introduce myself… I’m a board-certified sports and orthopedic specialist with advanced training as a pelvic floor physical therapist. In my practice, I pull from all three areas of specialty and my background as a certified strength and conditioning specialist to customize a plan as unique as you and your goals.

My career as a physical therapist started as a high school and collegiate athlete who hated being sidelined by injuries. I graduated in 2012 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. I was commissioned into the United States Navy shortly thereafter as an Active Duty PT, responsible for keeping Marines and Sailors in the fight.

During my time on Active Duty, I was fortunate enough to work at length with the Special Operations community, including on a deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan in 2014-15. Other highlights included working with our NATO allies, the Wounded Warrior population, and in race medicine to plan and execute medical care at the Marine Corps Marathon. During my military career, I was trained in dry needling, cupping, and I completed residencies in Sports Physical Therapy as well as Orthopedics.

After finishing my time on Active Duty, I trained as a pelvic floor therapist and quickly discovered how prevalent pelvic floor dysfunction really is. It is my passion to remove the stigma that creates a barrier between limitations and seeking the help you deserve.
